Collegiate Co. started with a simple observation: college towns are full of talented, ambitious people running service businesses, but most of them operate without brand infrastructure, quality systems, or centralized operations.

We created a model that changes that. Collegiate Co. is the brand layer, the operations system, and the quality standard. Underneath it, vetted student and alumni operators execute professional-grade work using their own equipment, labor, and expertise.

From the client's perspective, they hire Collegiate Co. From the operator's perspective, they run a real business with structure, leads, and accountability. It works because the system is designed to benefit both sides.

We launched in Tallahassee, Florida with junk removal as our core service and have expanded into pressure washing, window cleaning, moving, car detailing, and property cleanouts. Every new market follows the same playbook with identical standards, pricing model, and enforcement.
